Supervision

Supervision accompanies individuals, teams, groups and organizations in reflecting and improving their professional activities. Depending on the agreement reached, the focus is on improving methodological competence, analyzing the relationship between the therapist and his client or reflecting on the cooperation and the role expectations in a team or organization.

Unconscious dimensions of interplay between individual, interpersonal and institutional development processes are analyzed. Through systematic reflection in supervision critical obstacles can become accessible and thereby also superable, thus contributing to establish and secure the expected quality of a professional performance.

Supervision is an important component in the training of psychologists and physicians on their way to become psychotherapists.
